I've only seen a few episodes of 99
Haven't seen all of any of the Marvel and DC shows, so didn't list them (though I shoulda had Batman the animated series on my grow up one, as well as Gargoyles)
Didn't care for Earl, but that's just me.

99 is hysterical that and the IT Crowd and The League may be my favorite modern era comedies

I loved Twin Peaks growing up. They actually did a Twin Peaks episode of Darkling Duck called Twin Beaks
