How much was spent on Martin and Michalek and for how long. I said, on that day that was way too much for those two guys.

Looked great in their first season. Has been a disaster this year. Orpik too. Just hasn't been himself.

I just don't understand how we let so many guys in on breakaways, or disappear into the corner and then creep out to slam a rebound into an open net. Our defense knows it's 5 on 5, right? If you're not covering someone, it probably means they're open?

We're down to one game. Flyers win game 3, it would take a miracle. Pens win game 3, it's going at least 6 games.

When you really look at the Caps postseason, they don't really live up to their stereotype....except last year....

I thought officiating was very good tonight.

They let the teams play a really excellent hockey game. The last two Flyer goals were just the product of a Pens' team pressing more than they otherwise would have because it was so late and they were trying to tie it up. Otherwise, very close.

Lots of big hits. Lots of pretty plays. Lots of savvy obstruction. But the officials let the latter go because it wasn't hindering the creativity on the ice.

I liked it.
