Belt just owns the strike-zone right now, and has really been a monster at the plate because of it.
It's a pleasure to watch right now.

Has anyone joined me on the Getting rid of Peavy for Lincecum train.
I am OK with PV and/or Cain going to the DL and SOMEONE taking their spot.
But I would be shocked if it were Timmeh.
But it is Cain tomorrow. However, it is also the Rockies outside of Denver.ok, got beat on a B squad day with a SP who is done. I'm ok with that. Back home to face the Rox...
And you wondered why the tix were so cheap...I'm going to the game next Monday versus the Blue Jays. Just realized Peavy is going to start that game... shit

Not bloody likely he will
If Heston is, in fact, starting tonight for Sacto, I think we know who our winner will be.I'm sticking to my 3 start prediction from his last start. This was start #2. I believe he will be given the opportunity to start vs. TOR (start #3) on Monday, then a change will be made. I don't think it will be Timmeh, but I believe a change will be made.

Would starting PV against Toronto (one of the most potent offenses in the bigs) make sense for a guy's "last chance"? If he is going to be pulled, pull him now.
If Timmy throws 92-93, it's going to be hard to turn him down. Doubt it happens, but it would make things interesting.
