August 19th and 20th 2002. Anyone care to take a guess at the 2 pitchers? Both were shut-outs, though against two different teams.

almost. 11 of last 12 have been DOM. On 5/9, PV went 5, 5 H, 5 BB, 6 K, 1 HR. PQS = 3.

Otherwise, DOMs.

Over the last 12 starts, averages:

IP = 7.4
H = 6
BB = 1.7
K = 6.7
HR = 0.3

Amazing.

Every part of that play is unbelievable. He got the board that started it; 2 amazing passes in traffic before the tip; he recovered the tip as if he were expecting it; the English; the English (I know, it was amazing enough to mention twice); and one.

Play of the year.
