This could get ugly in a hurry. I would think the Pats would run the ball to see if the Niners can stop it. Pats defense has not been that good most of the year. But too much offense for the Patriots. They win going away 31 - 17.

This is the exact type of game where bettors pour money on New England. IMO the point differential won't be this bad, i'd take the 13.5 points.....which is a LOT for an NFL game.

Wise choice, I did not touch this game because 13.5 is too much to lay to the home team.

My buddy and I finished the game at our watering hole and he watched most of his (today's) winnings disappear at the end of the game.

Yeah, i did put my money where my mouth was, not the farm mind you, but the combined winnings from half and game was ok.

Granted, i DID hold azz at the end of the game.

I agree, we have no receivers to throw the ball to and our QB isn't great. Not a good mix. On top of that our Oline is very up and down.

Kap even when he was at his best under Harbaugh was not that kind of QB.

Yes i agree, Overall the team and coaching did a bad job in the 2nd half. Nice TD drive there but doesn't matter.

the last TD was garbage time. Kind of a gimme from a prevent D. Just all around meltdown

Same story in the 2nd half. Coaching staff just doesn't make adjustments. Time to start blaming the staff. Good news is at least we get to see 1 good half a game. LOL

Yes, you can't help wonder about the coaching staff, as reflected in second half performances. The performances indicate poor adjustments after halftime. Not expecting a lot out of this team, but it just seems "same 'ol same 'ol" in the 2nd halves.

But it isn't all on the coaches, Kaep was outright horrible in the 2nd half. But this has been my issue with him, he's very inconsistent. When he's bad, he is BAD.

See at the start of the year we would get blown out in the 1st half and then score BS scores in garbage time with most teams playing prevent by 4th Q. Now we are playing a good 1st half and making 0 adjustments in the 2nd half. That falls on the staff and the players but mostly on the staff when it happens more then once or twice. This has been a pattern now.

Yup! I bet there were a few that lost money. Pats giving 13.5 points and won by 13. And then you have teams kneeling down instead of scoring more points.

Agreed. Even the horrendous Kaepernick gives them a better chance at winning than Gabbert does.
