A lot of our running play are. That is why it is so dangerous for us to run on short yardage, "must have" situations.

It's like they enforced it from the point of the catch. Usually it's spot of the hold minus 10. If the hold takes place ahead of where the return got to, it should be the end of the return. At least, that's what I thought.
