Chiefs fail to score from the 1 inch line on 4th down. I'm absolutely astonished by that turn of events. Clear TD from Fasano was called an inch short and then the play was withheld due to lack of evidence. then Charles loses a yard and Smith tries to get cute and passes up a sure td pass to go to the TE in the end zone and it Is incomplete.
