I'm absolutely baffled by how easily Seattle runs on us. We are the best run-D in the league. Except when we play Seattle.

We refuse to move 8 in the box and the SEA tandem of Lynch and Turbin are both power backs that need multiple people to take them down. That, and the SEA OL pretty much holds on every run play.
