I agree though, it seems as if we have completely given up our usual power running attack for this read option nonsense and it isn't working. They need to go back to the basics with our running game.

Not surprised at all. Seattle's corners always get away with this shit. Especially when they're home. I knew it, Harbaugh knew it (because he's mentioned it before) and the refs never call it. He should've at least prepared for that. Keep the WRs as decoys.

And Kap NEEDS to use his legs. This Seattle defense gave the elite dropback passers fits last year but one thing he has over those guys are his legs.

62 yards of offense in the first half says it all. You have to give Harbaugh some of the blame as well, it looks like he did nothing at all to try and free up Boldin for some catches. Reminds me of Singletary's half time adjustments of "Just play better". Nothing at all was done to get Gore the ball or Boldin and we havent seen Hunter even once.

Ummm, I love Rodgers being a Cal guy myself, but you can also thank our D (i.e. Nnamdi and Cox) for giving extra YAC on some of those passing plays last week.

And admittedly, their receivers are better than what Seattle has. But still, for Rodgers to have over 300+ on us and 3 tds on our home turf, that's pretty darn impressive. But, it does help that he's been in the league a long time.

Boldin has no speed. He's being covered and there's no way for him to get open. You see what happens when we give Gore the ball. It's time for us to dump that plan as well.
