Well, the Harbaugh era is over and we look ahead to 2015 with a lot of our talent back from injury.

Sad to see Harbaugh go, but if Roman is gone, I'll take solace in that. Otherwise, I hope the Yorks have a plan for a coaching successor that can exploit Kaeps skill set next season.

This team has given up on Harbaugh. They think that if they miss the playoffs, he's gone. What they don't realize is they can pack their bags as well. Good luck getting lucrative contracts Vernon Davis and Crabtree when it is clear on film you are tanking. Offensive line? Time to inject some talent in there. This team needs to be rebuilt and if a top qb is available in the draft, you take him. Its time to put some pressure on Kap to learn how to play qb.

The ball isn't always snapped immediately after lifting his leg. Sometimes he lifts his leg multiple times for example.

He was oblivious. If he hadn't been oblivious, he would have started screaming or stomping for the ball.
