Grant Clitsome = healthy scratch tonight, after betting less than 10min last game.
he used to pretty much be the trigger man for their powerplay. is that done for?
Tyutin's available, if he's getting the PP time now (thought del Zotto's also available)

I have him in a (very deep) pool, wonder if he's worth while hanging onto.

I was out of town for the day and didn't watch tonight's game. I haven't heard anything about Grant falling out of favor. And there has been a flu bug running around (Pahlsson, Sanford and Nash have allegedly been affected). Everything I have ever heard is that the organization loves him. Lots of heart, decent skill. I have no reason to think that he's in the dog house.

Tyutin's overall ice time is going up because his pairing with Nikitin, and he seems so much more comfortable out there lately. And that is probably leading to the increase in PP time. But it is Tyutin we're talking about here. He could fall off the wagon at any minute.

And logic would tell me that Clitsome will come around and be back on the PP supporting Wiz soon. But nothing this team does is logical. They could sit him a few games and call up Golubef or Savard. Who knows?

What's the likelihood that someone in your league will snatch Grant up if you drop him (I'm assuming available on waivers)? Might be worth a short stint with Toots, if you can go back to Grant without much issue. No denying Tyutin is getting a lot of time right now.

I make it a point to avoid Rangers games, so I can't help on Del Zotto. I do know that it's dangerous to gamble on whether or not Tortorella likes someone and lets him play.

So.... Lemme see. Yeap. I was no help at all.

thanks. I noticed that Clitsome started the year off getting 20-25 minutes ice time at the start of the year,
and for the past month it has been 14-17 min.

can't rally swap guys in and out like that, we only have 5 waiver moves per year (this would be my 4th)
think I'm going to go with Del Zotto. basically choosing their 16% PP over CBJ's 13%.
