Both deserved it.

But, Scottie pulled away at the end.

So, that poll I put so much stock in got it wrong.

Could happen for MVP too.

These awards usually come down to 3 finalists that all have a very good case for winning, it's not like Barnes is light years ahead. Any of the other two win and that would be fine too

Sloppy ass half. 2 nights between games tells me they may have been out after Game 3. Looked a lot like half 1 Game 3 but they’re not down as much this time. Embiid isn’t reacting to playing with pain well. He needs to adjust to the fact that fouls aren’t fouls in the playoffs especially on the road. Doc went zone in Q2 down 5 or 6 and it exploded to 12. Good job adjusting by Nurse. Doc needs to bail on it. No reason to zone this team when they’re ready for it the way they offensive rebound. I need more of Maxey bringing it up and screening to get Harden Embiid pick and roll employed closer to the rim. They’re starting it out by the half court line and there’s plenty of time for the team defense to adjust. Harris and kind of Harden seem like the only guys to show up.

Kinda sucks how the playoffs started with all the teams pretty much healthy (except Luka), and already we have problems with Booker, Embiid, Barnes, Lowry, and others

I don’t like this ugly bull shit at the end but this is the outcome when you let them play animal ball in back to back games. It’s gonna get chippy.

It's very rare to sweep a good, gritty team, like the Raptors at home. I expect the Warriors to lose game 4 also.

No doubt. A successful trip for sure. You just hate to see them play poorly. 3 of 4 halves in Toronto they got outplayed.

Disappointing that they came out so flat, they had a chance to close out the Raptors and didn't really step on their throats. Oh well, hopefully they can end it next game in Philly.

I’m more troubled the way it looked and the way Embiid was officiated. If that’s the standard then fine but dude is getting contact on nearly every shot attempt. They were doubling him at times tonight before he even touched the ball. That’s supposed to be illegal Defense but whatever. Harden teams now 0-8 in a Scott Foster officiated game in the playoffs. It is what it is.

That doesn’t explain the way Embiid played though. It’s not an excuse. It’s the players job to adjust and he didn’t do that.

He can’t let them get in his head. Not surprised by this at all. He let them dictate to him. I understand the frustration but it’s not going to do him any good. The sooner he realizes that the league never want the process to win and that in order for him to win he’s going to have finish through fouls that’s when he will be able to play through this nonsense. I don’t even care if what I typed is true or not. That’s the way he has to think. He has to believe it and accept it.
