I thought it was more for guys that were both starters and relievers, like John Smoltz. If a guy were only a reliever and had 180 appearances, I figured he'd be good
Agreed, add that to the fact you know more than me and it took me about 3 days to find Shoun lol... It would take hours to find a new guy for me which is kinda unnecessary with the fact I have Mo and Rollie and Perranoski the next 2 guys wouldn't see the field ever but then I'd get "you only have 1 lefty in the pen..." Not much I'd be interested in moving... List:
Gwynn / Magee / Nettles and maybe Kelley... That's about it...
Do you prefer any of my non pitching 08 guys to your 08 guys??
Thats what i am hoping for... But we definitely need the ruling from Nos...
Cant change the interpretation of the rules now. Rule has to stay 200 starts to qualify as a SP, 200 relief appearances for a reliever. Sorry fellas...

So that wouldn't apply to say if I started Gwynn in Left...? He only played there 50 games but was a 3x all-star at Left and his fielding % was 1.000 there...
Milk was right Stoke @blstoker needs to repick for Pfiester as he did not make 200 starts. Thanks Milky Cop...
Trading Rod Carew and Joe Jackson to WLK for Kaline and MaGee
I'd prefer an amendment to the 200 rule saying that it is ONLY in affect if a player has MORE of the other... If a player was MOSTLY a RP then he needs 200 appearances as a starter to be a starter OR if a pitcher was MOSTLY a starter then he needs 200 appearances as a RP to be considered a RP....
BTW: thats the way i think it should be for now on...
It kind of sucks that you can not own a player who played less than 10 seasons as a pitcher but you can at any other position..
I will trade you a 38 for a 68.Never mind, don't have a 38 left
