You telegraph to the refs you plan on being physical. It sets them up to look at you for fouls. You just do it and see how they are calling the game. I know that you know this.

I took it as he wants the celtics to match their physicality. I heard different players say this several times throughout the playoffs. Being physical doesn't necessarily mean fouling a lot

That is true, it doesn't mean fouling a lot. But it does call the refs attention to the fact you plan on playing physical and to watch for it.

Draymond seems to be the one player that can get away with just about anything he wants. And he knows it.

I fully expect him to be overly aggressive and push the limits tonight.

He can do whatever he wants until he gets that first T. Then he'll tone his antics down a little bit.

Warriors coaching staff clearly switched up the defensive game plan in game 2. These 2 teams are close enough that the coach who adjusts quickest and best might just be the difference.
