I think it might come down to MSU/Gonzaga for the final #1 seed. At this point, with it looking like Tenn is going to lose. I think you'll have Duke in the East, UVA in the South, UNC in the Midwest and then MSU/Gonzaga #1/#2 out West in some order. Tenn likely stays in the Midwest as the #2, UK in the South as a #2 and Michigan as the #2 in the East.

Sounds about right.

Agreed and unlike Indiana, Alabama has some really bad losses

They lost to Northeastern, Georgia State, Arkansas and got swept by Texas A&M
NorthEastern is in the NCAA tournament...a Q2 loss. Arkansas is a Q1 loss. @ A&M is a Q2. Home vs A&M is Q3 and a bad loss. Ga State is Q3...but if they win today they are in the NCAA tournament.

Doesnt matter Avery Johnson should be fired. He blew 4 huge 2nd half leads against teams we are better than.

Northeastern and Georgia State might be in the tournament but both will probably be 15 seeds

Tough call on Avery Johnson, on one hand his game management doesn't seem good, on the other you guys are actually relevant in basketball...normally instead of talking about being on the bubble you all are watching tape on your 5 star football recruits and getting ready for spring ball

Teams with 15 losses should be on the bubble watch for the NIT, not the field of 64.

I'm sure they'll still take football LOL, being a national title contender in football is so much more difficult than basketball. So if you're dominate you can take much more pride in it.

However, I think that's the fun part about basketball. Sure there's some programs that will always be up there but there's also new programs that pop up at the top all the time. Anyone can put together a title contending team, ie Loyola-Chicago making the final 4 last year and Buffalo/Wofford having such good teams this year

AJ isn't a perfect coach but he's more than serviceable for Bama and he's done a good job overall of restoring that program.

Probably one of the best you'll get for a program that's primarily football and a lot of their fans don't care about basketball

This Colton Houston guy spent all of March digging up stats on why Bama should be dancing. And then they lost to an 8-seed in the NIT.

Team would have been playing in the play in game if it made the dance.
