After the AQ's and at-larges, I'm down to 3 spots for 5 teams. Those 5 teams are:

St. John's
Temple
Belmont
TCU
NC State

I have TCU and NC State OUT. St. John's is my last team in the field.

I feel like Alabama is getting a Raw Deal. Alabama has 10 Q1/Q2 victories...more than any of those 5

Played 23 Q1/Q2 games...more than any of those teams.

Played a tougher schedule than all those teams..15th overall, 34th Non- Conference

Played 5 tourney teams OOC(4 that won their conference)...Plus Penn State whose NET is 50, Wichita State and Arizona who are all top 100 NET.

NET is 59..I guess we should have played no-one OOC and padded those efficiency numbers for the bullshit NET.

Either way fire Avery Johnson,if he doesnt blow 4 massive 2nd half leads we are in this thing.

Alabama is like Indiana. They have a lot of nice wins. Just too many losses though to be considered IMO.

They better not let Clemson in and leave Belmont out. That's all I am gonna say.

Bilas makes the exact same point every single yr about mid majors vs power 5 at large bids. I find it extremely irritating because he thinks he’s teaching class

Bilas just absolutely murdered Vitale's talking point

I agree. But Florida has 15 losses just like Alabama while Alabamas numbers are way better except for NET but Florida is Last 4 Byes and Alabama is Next 4out.

I'd be fine with Alabama or indiana getting in. To me the last few teams in the tourney always have warts so I look at which teams I think can win a few games if they play well. That means you need to have good wins on your resume .

Agreed and unlike Indiana, Alabama has some really bad losses

They lost to Northeastern, Georgia State, Arkansas and got swept by Texas A&M

@ericd7633 who is your 4th #1 assuming Tennessee doesn't come back and win this game?

Assuming Zags, Duke, and UVA are locks at this point

Tennessee apparently doesn't want to deal with those dangerous 16 seeds LOL

I think it might come down to MSU/Gonzaga for the final #1 seed. At this point, with it looking like Tenn is going to lose. I think you'll have Duke in the East, UVA in the South, UNC in the Midwest and then MSU/Gonzaga #1/#2 out West in some order. Tenn likely stays in the Midwest as the #2, UK in the South as a #2 and Michigan as the #2 in the East.
