hey - you are certainly entitled to your opinion- even if it is based on the math skills of a 6 year old. about 3 months from now we are going to get our answer and ill be sure to bookmark the page.

Well be fine. LeBron is never going back to Cleveland. LOL

You're actually even wrong on that.
I never said Cavs, I said Gilbert, because he hates him.
Reality is, he's not playing for Gilbert.
He just agreed to play there because of all the power his ego demands that he couldn't get here.

I got Miami winning in seven.
i think thats my pick as well....should be a good series...almost had miami in 6 but i think charlotte would fight it out on the road.....should be a good series. Ill laugh my ass off if the Heat lose though lemme tell ya...it would be great...a young up and coming charlotte team first time in the playoffs beating their old division rivals the Heat would be both awesome- and quite the statement and show a changing of the guard in both that division and the East.

I feel like Miami is really angry right now at their collapse to Boston and that it'll fuel them against the Hornets. Going to be a very fun series.

I'll also simplify the other debate to a level that even you might grasp.

You post salary stats like there are no intangibles when building a roster and factually there are every summer.

Then, you ignore every single real stat between Whiteside and Tristan and base your argument on intangibles which have never or probably will never happen.

It's not Charlotte's first time in the playoffs. This core was in the playoffs 2 years ago in 2014. Genius.

I do have to say--- ill definitely be watching to see Jefferson absolutely clown Whiteside in the low post. lol....Whiteside- absolutely great shot blocker and rim protector and help defender.

cant defend an opposing center with any kind of moves if his life depended on it. The Al Jefferson type is PRECISELY the type that Whiteside has problems with. I just hope Big Al is healthy and ready to go! its a shame MKG is not playing.....

of course- Nik Batum should help quite a bit. I gotta say- adding him to the team has really helped the team out a lot. Hes gonna be getting a big time K this offseason.

im still at the office...probably leave at 6...get here at 8 about...usually...unless i get screwed over which does happen more often then you would think.

was actually doing some Florida law research today on charging orders and single member LLCs-- apparently the florida supreme court really helped out debt collectors/creditors.

Doesn't surprise me about Florida. Can't think of a more screwed up state. Well, maybe Michigan and Illinois. But Florida's up there. Amazing how Scott is still governor.....sorry going off topic.

Whatever he's done or hasn't done isn't preventing numerous teams from hoping to offer him a max.
Therefore, it's nothing.
Obviously he's grown as a player and a person.
But keep on hoping.
There's always next year or always another team you can root for.

maybe since u guys dont have a professional type job its a little different....but its not like there is a whole lot of supervision for what i do...its not like they restrict your internet or even care what you are looking up...if i get done the work the attorneys give me to their satisfaction and bill out hours- you can basically do whatever the heck you want hours wise...as a law student/clerk at the firm for the last over 2 years now- i dont even have a boss...i turn my time into the office manager and thats pretty much it. I obviously bill out a pretty low rate as i have not yet taken the bar and passed it and am not yet an attorney-but as long as i bill its all good.

Florida Supreme Court says NO to charging-order protection for single member LLCs | Florida Probate & Trust Litigation Blog

this is actually kinda related to the thingi was telling trojan bout the otehr day.....we looked at starting this guys LLC in Cali---- but this case law that came out of Florida few years back puts at risk single member LLCs....

you start an LLC because you dont want personal liability right?-- however- if its just a 1 member LLC- the IRs is going to look at it - in some states anyway- as a disregarded entity- and deny you creditor protection- thats what that Florida case law says...and as Cali is very anti-business and their statute is similarly worded- you can predict that the same will be the case in Cali...

Ohio is actually a really good state for asset protection- so you can file here- or delaware which is even better- but there are other hoops and taxes ou have to go through to file as a foreign LLC in Cali- so theres plusses and minusses obviously.

do you have a direct boss? i guess i shouldn't say professional as professional services....i mean- i guess at an engineering firm it would be kinda similar all though- id think youd have a direct boss...at a firm its a lot different- all the partners are technically your boss but also none of them are...i actually like that a lot...get to do your own thing, plan your own day out-

undergrad my junior year i lived with 2 civil engineering majors- 2 of my good buddies...i gotta say ROUGH stuff..gotta be really smart to get an engineering degree. My undergrad was accounting so itsn ot like im bad with math- but i could never do that engineering math-- diff EQ, etc.

Amazing how he assumes everyone here is living below poverty yet he's pretty much the only one we know that is still "working" towards a career. Too funny.

The intangibles aren't the numbers you simpleton.
It's deciding who you try to keep, trade, sign, etc..

Yeah, we get snarky with each other as it relates to the Cavs/Heat, so I had to do a double take. So I assume you're coming across as a dick.

But yeah, you described it perfectly. I have one boss, you have many. Personally, I couldn't be a lawyer, hats off to you on that one. Having to deal with people the way you do would make me drink rather heavily. I like the shit I do - fix things, break things then fix it, configure shit and find it's broken, then fix it later. And deal with narcissistic creative assholes all day. Love my field.
