WTF was that Harden? You realize the MVP votes are already cast right? You lead the league in FTs. Drive to the rim, get manslaughtered, and drain the FTs.

OKC barely won that at home. Rockets win in 5-6

Wow OKC are lucky. Harden had a great look there.

3 missed free throws in the final minute by Westbrook nearly cost them.
Harden looked well contested there. I wouldn't consider it a great look but he can certainly hit that. Probably 3.5 times out of 10 though.

The point is what he did in that 4th quarter is what he ALWAYS does.

And again, we're not reaching. It's no coincidence that KD went to a team full of shooters, having to share the ball more but still get 15-20 shots a night and his efficiency is better. RW doesn't have a PG mentality when he should - in crunch time & when games are close. Watching games night in & night out will show you that.

Durant left for titles, that's the story, nothing more to it.
Of course he has a better chance of winning with an already great team.
Again, you guys are reaching.

Passing the ball isn't a gawd given talent. If he just PASSED it more than he shot it you might be surprised at the ball movement. SMH.

If passing was natural to most players, most players would be good passers, it's more than a learned skill.
OKC doesn't have another ready good passer.

Just so you know,

I am putting you on ignore. Tired of your non-sensical arguments. It is really hard to have a discussion with someone who thinks they know a lot more than they really do.

Many of your opinions you present as facts drawn from incorrect assumptions. For example, just because a player averages a lot of assists does not make them a highly skilled passer. You can say that you think Russ is a great passer, but the reality is that if you watch games, a large percentage of his passes are off target.

I BELIve Russ has the court vision needed to be a great passer, but he often bothes the attempt because he of lapses in judgement and execution, which both relate to his skill as a passer. HE racks up so many because of sheer volume.

LOL.

So you think that a inefficient scoring PG that has only 9 fewer FG attempts than his teammate who is a pure scoring wing and the most efficient scorer in the NBA is an example of Russ not hogging the ball?

Shot split between those 2 should have been 65-35 if Russ were doing his job right.

Agree. When playing with KD, the issue wasn't so much that Westbrook hogged the ball, it was when. Obviously, if KD took more shots, he was getting shots and Westbrook was sharing the ball throughout the game to some extent.

However, at the end of games, Westbrook would start playing hero ball and forget that he had arguably the 2nd best player in the league on his team. He did it over and over again, especially in the last 3 games vs. GSW. He kept doing it, the Thunder kept losing and he never corrected it.

Well bye. I've proved you wrong over and over, that is clear to read.
His league leading PER rating is not subjective, as your ''feelings'' are.

If numb nuts had make this point we'd of had a different discussion.

Just for clarity OKC outscored GS in the 4th quarter of game 7 in last year's WCF, he also only had 3 turn overs in the game.
GS won with defense, they were the #1 team in the league in both opponents shooting percentage and opponents' scoring for good reasons. When you have 5 excellent team defenders on the floor defending mostly a 2 man offense, it's going to get tough on the PG. The lie that RW was wild with passes is revealed by 13 assist to just 3 turnovers. It was GS's pressure on RW that won the game, again, they had the #1 defense in The NBA last season.

Indeed. Still, Rockets in 5 or 6.

OKC needs another scorer who can get his own shot. It's a lot to ask of any player to either score or facilitate a shot for a teammate nearly every possession.

Game 4 in a 2-1 series is always very intense. Hope this lives up to the hype.

It seems like OKC should be beating them a lot worse. Harden is cold, Roberson is playing great D

I was out of the house and missed the first quarter.

OUtside of a couple forced shots, Westbrook seems to be playing great and within the flow of the offense. Let's see if he can keep it up.

Yeah he's been playing much better in these last 2 games.

Will be an interesting final 2-3 games if OKC hold on
