I wouldn’t be so quick to rule out the sweep.

Just yesterday, people here were still picking this series to go 7 games.

The Warriors are better. They get so many layups and dunks.

The Mavericks have had some really good streaks and are obviously capable of winning game 4. But they are equally capable of playing poorly and getting swept.

Mavs are just a bad matchup because they are getting smashed at the one thing teams can take advantage of against GS. Rebounding and points in paint. Golden State was 22nd in the league in PiP in the regular season....but Dallas was 29th. Dallas was also 29th in rebounding.

It's actually pretty wild Dallas is 2nd in scoring defense while being one of the worst in the league at rebounds, steals, and blocks. It's really just that they play at the leagues slowest pace that got them that distinction.

When you can provide that much spacing, you can build guys up.
