Blake Griffin is the worst 4th quarter superstar player in the league.

He did nothing yet again. He gets tired far too quickly for a 26 year old athlete.

Perhaps he's all fast-twitch muscles with no slow-twitch endurance muscles.

It came out of nowhere. The Rockets were playing like crap all night.

It wasnt a total shock if you watched that 3rd quarter at the end.
They were beyond tired at the 2 minute mark of the 3rd.

I saw immediately there was nothing left in the tank for LA.
They were literally in need of IV fluids and crawling in slow motion.

Without a bench, there was no chance for them to get rest.
I knew Houston would be the better team the whole 4th quarter.

It was only a matter if the clock could save the Clips.
The Clock did not save them.

I wasnt shocked. Ive seen enough of the Clippers in the playoffs to know that they have a really hard time closing.

A tired team should take time off the clock. By pushing their offense and putting up crazy shots, they are just gassing themselves more for no reason.

well I turned it off and fell asleep when clipps went up 18. I had to check 2 sites to make sure that score was correct. I still cant believe it

I was very impressed they fought the killer exhaustion somehow.

But Another 7 games series??, that might do it.
It is unsustainable to keep seeing the starters completely gassed every game... with such a shitty bench.

Sooner or later it is going to hurt them.

Yep, they are wearing out quick. They want to face Memphis, although physical, the pace will be slower. GS will wear their ass out maybe in 5.

Fell asleep too when the Clips got the huge lead. Woke up about 2 in the morning or so with the t.v. still on and saw from just before the Rockets took the lead. Had to go get up and walk out into the backyard to make sure that I was actually awake.
