Yea, and all the civil suits will be most likely thrown out as well.

Yep, you are correct.

They are going to move quickly to get the Pats to pay up and the daughter will get his pension.

The victims family won't be able to touch the pension, just like in the O.J. Suit.

The Goldman and Brown families then sued him in civil court, and that jury unanimously found Simpson liable for the murders. He was ordered to pay a total of $33.5 million, made up of $8.5 million in compensatory damages to the Goldmans and $25 million in punitive damages to be split between the Goldmans and Nicole's children.

They could not, by law, touch his $25,000 a month pension from the NFL, and his home on Rockingham was of little value because so many loans had been taken out against it to pay legal fees.

Kim Goldman believed there was money somewhere. "The killer worked really hard to hide all of his assets, and so we were always coming up against some kind of a wall," she said. Her family's share of the award, with interest, is now close to $40 million. "We've collected less than one percent of that."

The Goldman's shouldn't get anything, OJ was innocent.

But, you are doing the same thing when you say the Blazers and Jazz laid down.

I don't get why both can't be impressive, simultaneously.

#NotMutuallyExclusive

Yeah but I am not on the opposite team like crybaby Dray. I will always diminish the Warriors and that choker KD :laugh3:

But I have said the W's have been impressive, I just dont agree what he said. Toronto is not worse than Utah. I think both teams pretty good, not great or anything. It's all about matchups

Hey, what's with the constant Robinson Cano jokes in the mock draft? I don't get.

You'd never know that the 2 teams that the Cavs have played, had a better combined regular season record than the 2 the Warriors have played, if you read most of the posts around here.

But the teams the Cavs played got their better record just because they played mostly the sucky teams in the East.

Raps were 2-0 against Utah

Pacers were 1-1 against the Blazers

Can't take the regular season records literally. Chicago went 4-0 against the Cavs. We know who's winning a best-of-7 series if they were to meet.

Meh it's different when comparing teams that are closer in record. Taking the 8 seed and comparing them to the "first seed" isnt a fair comparison. Utah and Toronto, well either way no team is much greater than the other. I think it would go 6-7 games, Toronto probably wins but we will never know lol

But their overall record is also better or equal.

Except the Raps and Jazz are actually close in terms of talent, and the Cavs/Bulls are not.

Apples and Oranges.

Where did you get these stats? I'd be curious to know the 3 teams that had 60+ wins in the last three years that were beat by the Cavs.

It isn't "beat", its "faced". Though they did beat 2 of the 3.
