but with the Browns trading down from 12 to 25 with the Texans- they got a 1st rounder next year.


right now NEXT NFL draft they have 5 picks in the first 2 rounds...2 1st's and 3 2nd's.........thats in addition to 2 1st's and 2 2nd's THIS year......

total of 9 picks in the first two rounds between next year and this year......between these 2 drafts- if the Browns dont shit on themselves- they will have a chance to pick themselves up out of the shit.

Not a huge fan of Peppers but I thought the Browns did great and they didnt reach for a QB...thank God

I'm surprised Cook didn't go in the 1st. I laughed my ass off when Mcaffery went 8th. I don't get it. I honestly don't get it. I hope my Phins get Cook at 52/54 (I forget what our pick is in the 2nd).

Chiefs trading up for Mahomes was kinda risky. hoping for a good replacement for Jamaal Charles(yeah, THOSE wont be easy shoes to fill). guess we'll see how the next couple of rounds turn out...

Mahomes on tape looks like a black Favre, that's why Reid traded up, he's the best QB in the draft and has a fucking cannon for a arm.

A year or two of learning from Smith and you will have a franchise QB

hey as a general fact: fuck michigan----- but Peppers fills a need and brings a little swagger....Browns freaking need that....

hopefully Joe Haden is actually healthy next.....they still need a free safety bad...i like Malik Hooker a lot- but i guess they liked Peppers and a first rounder better than just Hooker--- i dont know if Hookers 3 surgeries scared them off or what. I dunno-

I agree mostly on the QB thing- i like Watson- but the guy they pick they gotta be sure about. I think WAtson could be good- but i think the move is to wait till a better QB crop next year. Its not like the Browns will be GOOD next year- as long as they have a top 10 pick- (and they will prob have a top 5 pick) they have plenty of ammo to go and get a QB.

Can we just get lucky once and have a 2-3 really good QBs in next years draft- and get one of them?

I like that htey are building up the roster- and not settling on a QB....but you gotta get the right guy next year.

Darnold and Derwin James will go 1-2 next year, and it'll go down as one of the greatest 1-2 combos in draft history.

Both are Hof caliber players

Our QB is Fracois, and Jimbo said this morning he thinks he will eventually be a top 10 pick, he has a ton of potential, but our line last year didn't protect him at all.
