I don't agree I am not even sure if the warriors would have had a healthy Curry they would have won that series.

It is interesting.

Admittedly Denver is playing OKC a lot tougher than I thought possible.

As soon as they decided to change coaches when they did, I wrote them off.

Minnesota is a flawed team to be sure. But they have some interesting pieces and I believe they are a tricky matchup for OKC assuming the Thunder advance.

Now that Cleveland is out and Boston is Tatumless, I don’t believe anyone left in the east has enough to beat OKC 4 out of 7.

Minnesota is the biggest threat remaining IMO.

Sadly for me I think OKC just steam rolls them.

What bugs other teams when playing MN, doesnt even phase OKC. The wolves size and athleticism is what bugs most other teams. OKC is just as big and probably more athletic.

Randle has played with his hair on fire so far this post season. Most people have failed to notice that he has done so against two teams that dont play power forwards because they have their power forwards playing center. His success so far this postseason is likely to change when Randle is all of a sudden getting bodied up by Harkenstein or trying to shoot over Chet's length.

There was a game earlier in the year this year where I think something might have been said or something. It got OKC fired up and they came out and started playing playoff basketball defense for like an 8 minutes span (not something you see in the NBA during the regular season a ton). During that span the Wolves didnt get a single quality shot off on any of their possessions, had a ton of turnovers and had shot clock violations a couple of times.

It was at that point that I figured for the Wolves to have any shot this offseason, they were going to have to hope that someone else knocked off OKC for them. So needless to say I am rooting for the Nuggets to make the comeback. Because the Wolves have a shot against them. They have little shot against OKC IMO.

People fail to realize that right now the NBA is about matchups. There isnt a team that is really heads better than the rest of the league. IMO the Denver Nuggets absolutely cruise through the Mavs and the Celts on their way to another NBA championship if they dont get knocked off in a fluky 4th quarter of a game 7 against the Wolves last year (Rudy with the stepback 15 foot jumper!). And the Wolves dont match up well with the ultra deep, can play almost any style of basketball Thunder.

I am very hopeful obviously that we get that series. Having to try to defend Jokic just wears on everyone. Playing Minny I think the rotations can get back much closer to normal. Would be such a fun series.

Murray being called a true game time decision. Guess he is pretty sick. If he makes any Thunder players sick he makes the shit list.
