Reggie Jackson was a non factor and not really a part of the playoffs rotation. They used primarily an 8 man rotation which isn’t a deep team and got the job done

So that means they were more than six deep. Which is a conversation I'm having with wildturkey.

But good call on Jackson. Tried to take a short cut looking some info up and only typed in '23 Nuggets playoff stats (player). His name appeared.

This is part of your weirdness. No one is saying Denver can't win. thunder and I just think they won't win.

OKC just got home court back

I think you’re the weird one here who literally declare every nba game over 5 minutes into the first quarter.

Not running away from anything. Not a coward like you
You are being a total coward right here.

Simple yes or no question, brave guy: will the Thunder win the title this year, or not? Binary choice, yes or no?

Yes you think a lot of things, doesn't change how weird you get when people make predictions. Also nice deflection lol

They are really 7 deep now. Watson isn’t bad at all but just sucks at shooting

Can you name a recent team that won it all without a solid bench? I can't.

You specifically said the Nuggets were only 6 deep. Right here.

I disagree with what you've said. I think depth matters greatly.

A question. When the Warriors were winning titles were they only six deep? Nope.

When your Lakers won it all in '20 were they only six deep? Nope.

You seem to be equating that every champion has depth. That's not the case. Some teams have more than others. It's nice to have, but its not necessary. Having 6 or 7 guys isn't not depth. Depth is like an 8 to 9 man rotation, rotation being people that are actually contributing, not just guys playing low minutes so the starters can catch a breath.

If the thunder are good as you and others claim they are this series should have been a sweep especially with Jokic being mediocre in 3 of the 4 games
Jokic has been bothered enough to play the way he is, he is too fn good to slump 3 games. That is the story of this series and this team, a historically good defense. Get 80 percent from the offense and they are good, it hasn’t been happening enough. I think that will change.

He said a long time ago that “SGA will never win a title with JDub as #2”

I think that was pretty clear

Sticky this post!

Going to be spectacularly wrong.

Maybe as soon as this season.
I mean the guy almost won Game 3 on the road basically by himself

Then he tried to weasel out saying if JDub keeps playing bad. But he stepped up and flat out made his prediction after. Thanks for the help but I got this.

What convo is there to have? It’s a 2-2 series meaning what I said before is true. Both rotation styles is fine
Yesterday we agreed we would have a depth conversation after today’s game. It was based on your point m at the time that the thunders depth didn’t matter in the playoffs. I didn’t argue, but knowing what would happen today I agreed to put off the conversation until after the game. The Thunders depth is a huge advantage.
