2nd ANNUAL HOOKIE AWARDS - Voting Now Open

THE HOOKIES - The 2nd Annual SportsHoopla Hockey Awards
Ladies and gentleman – voting is now open for “The Hookies,” the annual awards for the best posters and best posting on the SportsHoopla.com NHL Boards. If you are new to this site or these awards, we did these for the first time last year and they are meant to add a little fun to the offseason and give a little recognition to some of our best posters and best moments. Please read the rules below and send me a PM to place your votes. Voting will be open from now until July 1 at 12:01am. The winners will be announced in early July.

VOTING RULES
-All votes are sent to Eloco via PM to not bias the votes with public posts
-You can vote for up to TWO posters for each open categories
-You can vote for ONE of the nominated posts or posters in the nominated categories
-Each individual poster can receive up to TWO votes overall (e.g. - you can't vote for a single poster in more than two open categories)
-No votes for Eloco - since I’m being PM’d, it would be unfair
-Probably easiest to copy and paste the message below into a PM and add the names you want for the open categories and delete all but the thread/person you are voting for in the nominated categories.

-Poster You Would Most Like to Meet in Person- vote for the poster you'd like to meet and hang out with

To clarify, it doesn't. That's why I separated open and nominated categories this year.

As for examples, everyone needs to find them on their own. You don't have to vote in every category if you don't want to. If I suggested a few, that would favor those people too much. You can sort SportsHoopla members by post total if you want to peruse some of those under 1,000.

Nope.

The 2 limit only applies to the OPEN categories. Vote for whoever you want in the nominated categories. Think of the two types of categories as unconnected.

No, you've been here to long, but you do qualify for the Best poster we want to see more often. A healthy supply of rep always gets me thinking
