So, the next draft is baseball.

We are using years 1927, 1957 & 1987

You will draft 8 players for each year, meaning the player had to have played in one of those 3 years for you to draft them.

We will also have a wildcard year. Meaning you can select 1 player but that player can't have played in any of those 3 years.

I am going to get the league set up probably tomorrow. I want more people, hopefully SJ sticks around and does baseball with us!

I havent decided yet but I dont think we should wait until the other 24 have been drafted. I'm thinking we should probably let it happen right away.

Okay an idea... Lets say we have 10 people in the draft. Starting round 2 you can draft your wildcard pick so that gives the people drafting at the end a chance to get a top player.

I've got 12 or 15 guys in my head already that Id want from the group. Tough call on what's too early and what would be waiting too long.

There are going to be a lot of undrafted greats. Old school, legit old school hasn't gotten as much attention as it should, IMO. Im not tallinbough 80's or 70's, Im tallinbough Chuck Taylor wearin' cagers.

No problem man, I just lost my mom last March, still can't believe it!

Mine is 90 and I am her primary caregiver besides trying to work - My condolences - I almost lost mine a year ago in December. She is in very poor health and I don't expect her to be around another year, but she has a strong will to live
