That reminds me of when Calgary signed Engelland and we all thought it was like 2.75 for 3 years and not per year.
my first thought was Jeff Finger in Toronto. 4 years at 3.5MM or something like that.
amazing it was PER year

I am calling for a forensic investigation into how Dorion stole Jarmo's Jedi powers.

Yeah but in the rest of these cases the GM wasn't a senile old coot who confused the player he signed with the one he wanted.

Maybe I need to go easier on Dubas. The old days truly were a fucking barn fire of existence.

Baz Bastien gave the Canadiens a first round pick and Pete Mahovalich for Rod Schutt thinking he was getting Steve Shutt

I take that back. Pete M wasn’t involved in the trade but the Canadiens picked Mark Hunter 7th overall

D-men are raking, Muzzin is better than all of them, Muzzin is blocking Sandin in the lineup and the Leafs need cap space yesterday to get some secondary scoring.

How hasn't this trade happened yet?

Power play/Shootout candidate?

Well Jaromir....if you really need d-men I know a team named after a dickless bird that has a few too many.
You are pretty familiar with that franchise.

Speaking of too many players at one position.
The Rangers now have Shesterkin, Halak and Domingue all on One-Way deals.
