It is not a terrible trade for Tunsil. He is a 2024 PB LT and he is perennially on the team. He is under contract for two more years.

I am not a big fan of the trade but understand it.

I am surprised teams are dumb enough to pay that much for Dyami. But what I would do and what stupid people are willing to pay are two different things.
