Shemar James. Over Bassa? hmm...
Guess they weren't looking Mike, more another outside guy

Yeah, like @jarntt was saying, he is not your bell cow guy, he is the lightning, can take it to the house from anywhere, catches the ball. If they are rolling with the backs they have, he will be a nice change upok.
you get one chance.
get me pumped up about this particular RB.

Yeah, that's the first pick I didn't really love, especially off a trade up. The kid is a good athlete and has a real high motor, looks like a core special teams guy to meShemar James. Over Bassa? hmm...

well we should never expect a Bell cow past the 1st round (maybe early 2nd)Yeah, like @jarntt was saying, he is not your bell cow guy, he is the lightning, can take it to the house from anywhere, catches the ball. If they are rolling with the backs they have, he will be a nice change up
Chiefs are like the Eagles, they just sit back and let other teams let good players drop in their lapsChiefs took Bassa
Was reading where supposedly some people on the Cowboys (whomever that is?) had him as the #3 back in the draft. Biggest problem is the fumbles or he goes earlier. A little bit of a controversy that he sat out his senior year of football in High School. I guess that was like 4 years ago so hopefully not an indication of his love, or should I say, lack of love of playing football. Just very odd to me. I can't wait to see this guy on the field. Explosive and funI like the pick. Electric and can take it to the house. Great receiver. Not an early down back and never going to be a bell cow back but it's the 5th round and in today's NFL few are. Also fumbles a lot. But I like this pick
Man I would have preferred him over our pick. BUT...we traded up for our guy so I will stick with my theory that as long as they are taking a guy they like I'm happy and if they traded up for him, they obviously like something about himChiefs took Bassa
He also puts the ball on the ground too much. Last year was his best in college, 730 yards and 8 TD's with a 5.4 average, but he also caught passes for 368 yards and 6 TD's. 14 TD's in 176 touches, he is a big play guyWas reading where supposedly some people on the Cowboys (whatever that means) had him as the #3 back in the draft. Now......Interesting read. Ran a 4.38 at the combine because he had a slight tear in his groin. At his Pro Day he ran twice. First time a 4.28 and second time a 4.25!!!!
I love the pick. You need to get another back to team up with him whether it be Javonte Williams this year or another draft pick in the future, but this is the type of matchup problem that I love as maybe a 1A type back. Let someone else grind it out or take the short yardage carries and let him just run right by everyone and throw him some screens and dump offs and the such. Like a Gibbs in Detroit and he just needs a Montgomery to team up with him. If this team runs the ball like we think they will they need two backs any wayHe also puts the ball on the ground too much. if our HC follows his bloodline. We should be doing much more running than the past.I love the pick. How bout this...Blue hit 22.3 MPH in a game this season. The only two players to hit 22.3 in an NFL game since 2020....Kavonte Turpin and Raheem Mostertok.

Texas had a damn good D line. He got almost 150 off themTell your Dad I thought of him and was a little disappointed when I saw this pick.Would have been a fun kid to have on our squad
I wouldnt mind having a Mini TD on the team to complete the RBBC.How bout this...Blue hit 22.3 MPH in a game this season. The only two players to hit 22.3 in an NFL game since 2020....Kavonte Turpin and Raheem Mostert
Wrong thread....I'd be down for Chubb!
I think it's going to be Williams. I think they are hoping he can have a bounce back year. He was really good pre injury, it wouldn't be a complete shockI love the pick.
