When all else fails, Smack em' in the Mouth!
yeah I heard he only helped himself during the work outs & probably moved up on everyone's boards. He is accurate has great mobility and did extremely well in the SEC.

I doubt they will.I don't question Warren's talent.
Dallas can not draft this guy at 12.
just can't.
I think he will be the best QB in this classyeah I heard he only helped himself during the work outs & probably moved up on everyone's boards.
So I think a draft for you woukd like might look likewell here is my fear vs. my wants.
I want us to build our foundation to have a long lasting strong team.
To me (I know I am usually in the minority) is to build the middle strong.
Trenches, MLB/ILB, RB. (obviously QB)
Trenches everyone knows & understands, but always focuses on LT & edge rushers.
Our offensive line we been focused everywhere there so no real complaints.
Defense I am now as frustrated as I was back in the day begging for a center (before Frederick)
At this point I am desperate to get a cornerstone DT.
As far as defenses goes. All the long term bad ass defenses. Very Stout middle. No weakness.
Please Santa bring me an all pro DT & an all pro MLB & this will help improve all other positions. I promise.
If we land a workhorse RB for the next 6 years that is covered for our next window for a superbowl push. Good Running games helps all aspects of an offense.
my fear is Jerry is a bling kinda guy.
go get the flashy positions. CB, QB, WR, Edge rusher, the exact opposite of what I would build 1st.
So I completely expect to be disappointed this draft
put all those fancy positions on a weak foundation & the house cards collapses in the playoffs.
Build the foundation fuckers!!!

Yep, it would be a shocker if they drafted Warren. A trade down makes sense if Jeanty,McMillan,Membou, Johnson and Graham are gone off the board. This FO has never drafted a TE in round one and I don't see it happening in 2025.I doubt they will.
I will say, this is going to be a big time hit or miss draft. There are only like 4-5 considered "can't miss" in the entire draft. This would be a year the Cowboys would be extremely wise to sign 4-5 tier 2-3 FA'S that can come in and compete to start before they get to the draft. Not the year you want to be skipping the best talent to fill gaping needs
McMillan would be a nice pick for sure, if you go back and watch the tape of him going head to head with Travis Hunter, Tet tore his ass up all day. He is going to be like a better version of Gallup before his injury.Yep, it would be a shocker if they drafted Warren. I got a hunch McMillan falls and they draft him. This is my prediction. Not sure how much I like the idea of this happening.. I think I would prefer a trade down and I would then focus on the trenches, RB and maybe LB.
Tet would be very Dak friendly. We got Lamb and the rest other than Turp are useless. They could put Lamb,Tet and Turp out there when they use 3 wideouts.McMillan would be a nice pick for sure, if you go back and watch the tape of him going head to head with Travis Hunter, Tet tore his ass up all day. I like the guys you listed. My personal top 10 overall from what I've seen..I wouldn't include Cam Ward but he is going top 3 no question
1 Abdul Carter Edge
2 Travis Hunter CB/WR
3 Mason Graham DT
4 Armand Membou OT
5 Ashton Jeanty RB
6 Tyler Warren TE
7 Tet McMillan WR
8 Jalan Walker LB
9 Josh Simmons OT
10 Mykel Williams DE
I have no problem at all with Guyton WINNING the LT job against a solid veteran just like I have no problem with Mazi winning the NT job against a Vet or a draft pick. But neither guy has done anything that warrants being given the spots. Steele has played well under a different OL coach, I'm hoping our new coach helps things click againTet would be very Dak friendly. We got Lamb and the rest other than Turp are useless. They could put Lamb,Tet and Turp out there when they use 3 wideouts.
The problem last year was Guyton and Steele were sieves whenever a legit pass rusher was in the game. This is why I would not pass if Membou falls. I hope the 11 in front of them think Membou is a guard in the NFL. Membou is a good enough athlete to play at a high level on either side IMO. And Simmons is totally on my radar if Membou goes early. They got to upgrade the OL if they want to beat the Eagles. I am not drinking the Kool aide when I hear talk of Guyton being in the weight room. Blah blah. Have to see it to believe it.
The beauty of Mambou is that he could play LT, RG or RT. Kid is young as well. A lot like Tyron coming in though obviously miles from that.My order for the selection at 12. (As I sit here today. LOL) I'm fixing something day one.
Trade back remains preferred, but you need a win for vacating that spot.
We need multiple starters. This draft seems perfect for what I think of Will McClay.
Four picks from his top 75 sounds great to me.
1 RB. Jeanty.
Because I couldn't stand him being all that for 3 to 5 years and we passed.
2. ROT. Membou or LOT Simmons
I'm doing these one of two ways, but Steele is a cap casualty. I may have read too much on Guyton's off season. Right or Left is up to where they see Guyton playing.
3. CB Johnson or LB Campbell
IMO Johnson will be a special NFL corner at a premium position...also makes it easier to move Diggs when the time comes.
I'm in love with Campbell. IMO instant impact player and NFL star.
I like what you are saying. Campbell has risen up the board for sureMy order for the selection at 12. (As I sit here today. LOL) I'm fixing something day one.

Membou reminds me of a couple of guys that played in Dallas 30 years ago. Huge, quick and meanThe beauty of Mambou is that he could play LT, RG or RT. Kid is young as well. A lot like Tyron coming in though obviously miles from that.
I'm down with Johnson after he runs at least a decent 40
