Yep. Once in MLB (Dave Roberts had a big role in that comeback), never in the NBA, and 4 times in the NHL.

I wouldn't be throwing dirt on the Yankees just yet. Yes, coming back from 3-0 will be tough, but the Dodgers are having a bullpen game today and while the bullpen has been really good, all it takes is one of those guys to not have his best stuff and the Yankees can win the game.
