Schefler, the greatest blocking TE EVER, sure looked OLD for just playing like three years ago.

I give the Raiders a B+ right now. Pretty solid. I don't like Glaze as much where they took him but not an awful pick. Powers-Johnson seems like such a Raiders OL.

why another TE when they drafted one high last year?

i’m not high on first round TEs as everyone else is i guess. the draft history is just not there.

Mayer really didn't develop last year. Must not be too high on him and VERY high on Bowers it would appear.

sure i could. its not that hard. Claude will be doing this in a couple years. if you trust your board the first 3 rounds is not that hard.

define you board rank players 1-100

define your needs quantified by attributes and weight the need.
provide similar needs for the other 31 teams

run 1000s of simulations and discuss a random set of simulations among the staff.

as the draft unfolds , find the simulations that match closely to the way the draft is falling to predict the next pack’s.

Glaze may have been a slight reach in the 3rd but I think they brought him as depth for the OL.

I think Mayer's foot injury could be worse than feared but even if he's healthy I hear Getsy likes to run a lot of 2 TE sets. And Bowers can play in the slot as well.

And he will be a beast.

I am really curious what kind of value the Broncos will get out of their late round picks. I think our roster still has a lot of holes and maintain the expectations in 2024 are or should be low. The late rounds can have a lot of value especially in a rebuild. It'll be an interesting day for sure.
