opinions vary.

pull up that thread last season when Chicago and Washington played. You just came back to share your football insights.

lol
nothing worse than complaining about the very same shit you do, BUT HERE YOU ARE
I simply pointed out that to date it appears as if the Bears selected the wrong QB. This is not a unique opinion, it was obvious by the way they both played and national media folks have said the same thing. I also said it was too early to count out Caleb and I was rooting for him.

You for some reason jumped into the conversation, wrapped your arms around my opinon and won't let it go. Here you are months later bring it up again. In a conversation about a Browns player you felt the need to butt in again and call me a homer based on an exchange we had months ago that had nothing to do with the current conversation.

You my friend are the poster with the grudge as well as being the biggest homer on the baord.

fine...i am the biggest homer, but you are a homer, thus the SportsHoopla sea of homers includes you.

I've already said I'm against folks that finger point and then flash the victim card.

Just shut the fuck up already. You really should stay out of a convdersaton where you do not belong. You add nothing, you just like to take shots like the little shit that you are.

@dtgold88 I think we're done here, we've both had our say and we've hijacked the thread enough. I still feel for Browns fans, a great fanbase that deserves better. But I stand by my comment, your team has hired a whole lot of assholes. And that would include one Deshaun Watson.

Peace.

You’re wasting your breath. I’ve done this with him before. Some people are just programmed when this topic comes up in society to always blame the victim and back the accused. He leans heavily on the He Said/She Said nature of sexual assault and uses that as a weapon to explain away all instances of sexual assault. It’s disgusting. Unfortunately, it’s also very prevalent on sports message boards loaded with incels programmed to hate women.
It's not like women didn't give them a reason.

Several vet edge rushers still on the market. Not sure I'd add Clowney to the list but he could help someone.
Clowney? Why not? A playoff team or SB contender....sure....as a backup rotational player....

The Panthers didn't need him, they are rebuilding and need guys that fit their long term plan.

He gave good production with the Ravens and they are interested again. Seems like an obvious fit.

Yah I think if he gets in a rotation and used maybe 50% of snaps he could be effective. He was a little above 60% if I recall correctly last year, but still got over 5 sacks. I think with Carolina?

I wouldn't complain if he came back to Seattle for a few mil.

Clowney has been in the league for 11 seasons and has had zero double digit sack seasons.
He’s always been somewhat overrated IMO, I feel like that one play in the college bowl game, the massive hit/forced fumble, is why he’s been so hyped up, he wasn’t worthy of the #1 overall pick.

4 seasons with at least 9.....

And sacks aren't the only way to measure an edge rusher's worth. He has had 4 seasons with double digit tackles for a loss.

It's honestly kinda crazy that Clowney has had 9+ sacks in four different seasons but never 10 sacks.

I think if he came out of a different class he'd have more respect. Elite player for 3 seasons, decent for 7 or 8

2014 NFL redraft would be interesting.

1) Texans - Aaron Donald
2) Rams - Mike Evans
3) Jags - Khalil Mack
4) Bills - Davante Adams
5) Raiders - Zack Martin
6) Falcons - Jake Matthews
7) Bucs - Jadeveon Clowney

Not the biggest misstep in the draft ever or anything. I'd imagine that list is pretty tough to rank for most people after Donald, too

Here are the only facts we have.....A dozen or so teams went after him. He chose the Browns.

I'm glad to have owners willing to pull it off even if it didn't work out
He chose the Browns cause it was fully guaranteed contract. Remember he turned them down and wanted to go else where till the Browns went full on stupid. Those other 9 teams but more realistically 4 teams in total were more on his radar than playing for the Browns.

You and apparently Watson know absolutely nothing about the professon of massage therapy. Believe it or not it's an actual profession and I don't appreciate you referring to them as if they are whores. There are message parlors where people go for a rub and tug and then there are message therapist offices where people go for treatment. Learn the difference and stop posting like an idiot.

This would be like soliciting sex from a physlcal therapist. Would you ever expect anyone to do that?
can I see a pic before answering? :whoo:

I forgot to mention he had a no trade clause and only waived it for Miami until the Browns kicked in the fully guaranteed contract and boom trade to Cleveland and rest is history.
