Yes, I bet this means Russ is staying in Pittsburgh for now though, given that he used to play with DK in Seattle. The Steelers will have to draft a franchise QB at some point though, it’s just they are never awful so they never have an extremely high draft pick, they’ll either have to trade up for one or hope to get a good QB outside of the top few picks.

Russ is the one who will stay. Sounding like Fields wants to see what's out there. He probably goes to the Jets to compete with Taylor for the starting job.

Good luck Steeler nation. That is a hefty price to pay for a time bomb ready to explode. I lost track but I think he's already been fined by the NFL 15x, mostly for unsportsmanlike conduct type infractions.

The dude is an athletic freak no doubt, but his numbers have started to drop even with Lockett's numbers dropping. He said he wanted a contender and a warm climate. Maybe geography wasn't his strong suit? I see his and Steelers frustration with this come two years.
