Eh, we don't know the particulars... how much guaranteed, 2 years isn't much. I also saw some other sources say they offered $35M per...

We'll find out exactly what Geno was thinking based on what the Raiders sign him for. Yah Seattle had some problems with the OL, but it's not like he's gonna get anything better in LV, lol. He'll get Bowers which is nice, but that's about it, lol.

I think he wants a 4 year $180M/$120M guaranteed type of contract. And F that.

But we'll see... if he signs a 2 year $80M contract with LV than he really just didn't like the new coaching staff/state of the team... and wanted out. Or Carroll has nude photos of him...
The Raiders are mess but bringing in Carroll and Chip is nice. Draft Jeanty in the 1st. Geno is not great but Bowers and Jeanty would be nice. We will see what they give him.
Seattle is in a rebuild and they got some nice picks. I think it is the right move.

I don't have a Browns agenda lol. I see they have issues, I say they have issues.

I agree that they should be rebuilding at this point, not paying $40M to a DE throughout his early 30s.

Oh absolutely. Trade Garrett while you can get 2 1sts for him... Thanks to the dumbest signing in NFL history, Watson is going to consume all their cap the next 2 years... (they're literally STUCK with him this year, where his cap hit is $36M and then the dead cap next year will be $80M with a post June cut - very similar to what the Broncos did with Wilson). His cap hit next year is like $70M anyway, so he's 100% for sure gone in 2026.

The Browns wont be competitive in the next 2 years... you just can't do much with that kind of cap hell. So draft some pieces, the Browns by all account should suck so 2026 you can take your QB just like the Broncos did with Nix, and go for it.

I agree. Carroll is good with Geno. Jeanty is interesting, that could be a thing and Carroll can go back to his run the rock and playaction ways. Bowers' numbers should plummet as Carroll will have him block 24/7 :pound:

As for Seattle, you're right - it's a rebuild. Some Seattle posters think we're BLOWING UP THE TEAM AND TANKING (OMFOMFFFFFFF!)... no, but there has to be a bit of a rebuild. You're just thankful you're not a 0-17 team trying to do it. Seattle still has great guys on their roster. You got a top 10 tackle, good runningbacks, JSN took over DK last year, Williams was a HUGE snub this year for AP/PB, Hall/Mafe are DECENT, good secondary. Good stuff there, and now you have $70M of cap to work with. Gotta find a QB though...

Jeanty is a stud prospect, but is that O-line ready to work for him? This RB pool is deep this year, I think o-line early before it dries up would be a better use of that pick and get your RB a bit later (2nd , 3rd or 4th?).

Take a chance on a guy mid-rounds, rebuild and draft a QB in 2026. That class SHOULD be better

This RB class is nice. Taking RB in the top 10 is always strange and not ideal

Agreed. They need help on the lines... but it's Carroll.. so we all know Will Johnson is going there at #6... (still so fuckin' annoyed about the Witherspoon pick).

Forgot about Will Johnson. Best CB in the class easily imo

He's worthy of consideration, but do the Raiders need OTs? If so, that has to outweigh a corner in the 1st IMO.

I still kinda think that the logical play for the Raiders is Tet McMillan rd1 to stretch the field since they have Bowers to move the chains. If Jeanty is a whole tier above McMillan then I get it but you can definitely get an RB RD2

Yah but it's not what the Raiders need right now IMO. They need to build a fuckin' line, like Seattle.

Again very curious to see what Geno is going to get in LV... because he's going into the exact same situation... well prob. worse. Crap OL, a stud TE (but JSN is a stud wideout and Fant isn't terrible), and worse runningbacks.

Is Jeudy a one though on a good team? I see him as a two on a contending roster.
I mean the guy was pretty damn good with Winston playing QB so would think on a good team with a good or really good QB yes, he could be a #1.

I could see him too, but Membou seems like a solid power player to add to that mix. I don't know that I would risk waiting until the second.

Raiders have LT and LG locked down imo. C, RG, and RT could use improvement but Im not sure id call it a crap OL
