No, the offensive goal tending called on AD in the 2nd. The flagrant was D-Lo contesting (and blocking) Murray's shot in transition but getting called for a windup and grazing contact with the face. Basically, he fell hard so it had to be more, despite getting ball at the top of the play.
That was a borderline flagrant foul. There was a windup and contact above the shoulders and he didn't get the ball. But, it was a "basketball play". Technically, it was the right call based on the rule. The problem is with the rule itself. It needs to be clarified.
