Not sure why some of these guys would transfer to schools like Penn St. Yeah it's a bigger program but they don't pass a lot and with the type of recruiting they do you'll likely not be the main guy walking in. Cephas obviously wanted to go somewhere else since basically all of Kent St offense left but Penn St was an odd choice to me.

Seems like PSU's #1 WR use to put up solid numbers but not since the Sean Clifford era. Basically, there is room for a go to WR at PSU to put up good numbers but you have to be THE GUY at PSU to do that and even that hasn't been great the last few years. Cephas should have gone to Iowa where he could be THE GUY and catch 20 passes. ;)

He just turned out to not get that good
