Yes, i am ready for the gamble..... Its not worth the liability we know Graves is to this team.... Plus they all need experience and have to start sometime... why not when we have a young fast strong team... learn as you go and if you start the season, who knows how good they might be playing come the end... What more could they possibly learn at there level in the minors where they have been.. we all know Luke is ready... Nemec and Bahl will be just fine... will they make mistakes... sure... but they will learn, but at least any mistakes they make would be warrented because they are rookies... what excuse does Graves have?????

We probably bring in a vet depth guy like Brandon Smith last year to eat minutes if guys aren't ready. Bahl stepping up in the playoffs eased my mind about losing these guys, I think he's legit. Also, can't have a contract like Severson impacting our ability to lock up Nemec, Mercer, Luke etc down the road.

I really hope we can sign Timo at a reasonable and fair deal... don't overpay for it.....

Cause that money gotta be saved down the line.

Bratt is one I'm ok for a trade.

We still have Smith but was hoping he'd primarily be the 7th man ie healthy scratch. Don't want another of those and don't want one of the kids siting n the cheap seats instead of logging minutes in Utica if they aren't ready

Its under 8 which is at least a good start.... trying to figure it out if its good for us but the majority of the Devils fanbase seem to think this was a great deal....

so i'll oblige and be happy...

I'm glad he's back, hope he continues to improve. I hope this doesn't cost us Timo but Bratt has an obvious chemistry with Jack, I don't think you can understate that.
