Brooks has a skill set that can be worth it, but it is like paying Antonio Brown at this point. He has no desire to change who he is, and it will always derail his game.

That is a bad comp.

Brooks runs his mouth too much and probably distracts too much from the team goals. It isn’t a good look. He is also not that good.

Dude is straight insane and unemployable despite being a pro bowl level player.

It depends on what comes back in the Harden trade and what it takes to get Lavine from Chicago. If they can turn Harris expiring plus picks into Lavine they likely trade Harris. If they don’t get any picks back in the Harden trade though they may not have the assets to get Lavine.

I really doubt the Bulls are trading LaVine. Looks like they might be running it back after resigning Vucevic.

Everything I’ve read says that he is available so who knows. I had the same reaction to the Vucevic resigning but the Lavine is available stuff has still persisted. It’s still possible that neither Harden nor Harris get traded. Depends if the Clippers offer value coming back.

PG - Harden Pat Bev
SG - Maxey Melton Springer
SF - Harris House Springer
PF - Tucker BBall Paul Harris
C - Embiid BBall Paul

They also have Furkan Korkmaz under contract but I doubt he gets into the rotation.

They won’t go into the season like this most likely. They’ll have the midlevel exception or Harden brings back multiple bodies. The Harris deal could also net multiple bodies.
