Boston went 37 - 4 at home.

You know what that reminds me of? When the Utah Jazz did it in 2006-2007.

On the other hand, Boston won 64 games, and didn't even have the most road wins. New Orleans did, with 28. Kind of pathetic for Boston to not also blow everyone away with the most road wins this year.

Because the Knicks lost in the first round of the in season tournament against Milwaukee, they then had to play Boston, on the road, in a consolation game.

So they would have had 42 road games.

But, in February, the NBA switched a Pistons vs. Knicks game from Detroit to New York.

So then New York ended up having 41 home, 41 road.

While Detroit had 40 home, 42 road.

As Larry Bird says, "41 home, 41 away. Dem's the schedule." Simple.

This is no longer true.
