Did you see the rumors about Eric Gordon?

Not sure what the Rockets are looking to get outside of a 1st rounder.

@Mecca what trade would you take? Kyrie or Hield and Turner. Lets say you have to give 2 1st's in either deal.
Depends on how confident they are in landing Kyrie next year.

If I'm ignoring the fact that they just picked up 2 Centers?

Indy.

I really like Turner.

I think he'd be a great match with Davis.

He's like a combination of Bryant's floor stretching potential and Jones' length and defensive upside.

We know what Buddy brings to the table.

Obviously, Kyrie is the better player.

He can shoot, distribute and spell LeBron without the offense going in to the toilet.

But, the drama....

Also, I wouldn't want to depend on Nunn as the backup pg.

The Lakers will likely bend to LeBron again.

Plus, their fan base is all about the star power.

I agree with the Turner fit but yeah the fact they just picked up two centers...it doesn't make sense. Plus if they trade Russ their only PG is Nunn. With Kyrie, they would have 3 ball handlers including Lebron...pretty much no shooting though still other than Kyrie. Hield gives them another shooter.

He about to be 32 and maybe you missed it? 40% and 32% shooting isn't exactly GOOD.

Past his prime, which is age 24-31. Averaged 54 games played the last 3 seasons. Not about to get healthier as he gets older.

"According to PER, the overall peak was between the ages of twenty-four and thirty-one,. and both Win Shares and Defensive Win Shares stated that they peaked between the ages of twenty-five and twenty-nine."
Not bad for a injury prone guy on the decline.

Hield and Turner for me. Far less lunacy and Hield and Turner maybe Lakers longer than Irving who may leave with James in a year when James' contract expires and he doesn't sign an extension.

James the GM ain't going to have the clout he had last year. James the player is going to be the focus this year with Green Eggs and Ham running the show.
