Not when he's a out of control turnover machine.

You need a floor spacer in the starting 5.

Right now, outside of Bron, would that be Thomas Bryant?

Brown Jr shot 35% last year. Walker shot much better in past years than last season, so hopefully spacing from Lebron/AD helps him return to form. JTA was also considerably better in 20/21 than 21/22. Nunn shot well when last healthy. There are options.

Walker made 37% in the last 18 games and had 5 games where he nailed 3 treys.

This is deja vu from last year all over again.

You got younger and more athletic.

So, that's good.

Your shooting and spacing is still trash.

What did he make in the first 64?
I don't know, I'm no mathematician.

But, I do know he made 36%, 41%, and 39% in his other 3 seasons so it's not unreasonable to believe he figured it out at the end of last season. Not to mention, with AD and James he's going to get some wide open looks.

Listen, the Spurs let him walk for nothing.

They have a pretty good player development program.

I'm not going back and forth with you over projected shooting splits on a guy who isn't a good shooter.

Don't know who else was available to you with the midlevel.

But, there had to be someone better than him.

At best, he's Avery Bradley.....not the young version, this one.

Klutch got another client paid using the Lakers.

Bruce Brown got pretty much the same money.

You will see for yourself when the season starts.

In the end, it was Lebron and AD that kept the Lakers out of the playoffs due to injury anyway. What did you expect with the options the Lakers had? Kyrie definitely moves the needle if acquired (and any shooter that may come with him in that deal, whether it be Harris, Curry, Richardson, McDermott, etc). We're only a week into free agency.

FYI, Bruce Brown's 3pt stats were pretty poor for 3 years prior to last season and only attempted 1.3 shots per game. Doesn't exactly move the needle on floor spacing himself.

Sure, all that is true.

But, you are moving the goal posts.

I'm just talking about Walker and Brown.

They are not good.

Can they improve?

Sure.
