He doesn't have a very high ceiling, but I wouldn't call it low either. There's room to grow in some aspects, not so much in others. So rather than calling it low or high, limited probably fits better.

Willis wasn't asked to do a lot of 5 and 7 step drops, but goodness with the traits would you agree his ceiling is insane, with 2 elite pass catchers and a above average RB?

He definitely has tools, I think that the question for him is time and ability to become a more polished player. I think that he needs to sit more so than Corrall (I'm convinced that Pickett has a lower ceiling than any of the three) and if given the time both he (Willis) and Corrall have the potential to be in that upper-middle part of NFL QB rankings. The other factor is where they both end up... which is huge!!

I totally agree, i believe they both could led teams to the playoffs, 2nd year especially if there is enough offensive talent surrounding them.

He could start out like RGME . But unless he can read defenses presnap , trust the offense , understand concepts of the offense and understand and attack defensive concepts he will bust just like RG knee
