I am gonna have to say re-pick. Years ago someone tried to draft Seastrunk and the league agreed only players on current college rosters were eligible. Ewers is a weird case but he only said he was “thinking” about it. I think we will have to clarify that ince the draft starts to current hs player is eligible if Ewers skips Hs then he will have to be claimed on waivers and is not keeper eligible.
