So basically the Sixers are going to lose every game because they have 9 healthy whereas the Heat and the Celtics just get some rest and don't have to play because they can't field 8. This seems reasonable.

I mean there needs to be a line somewhere.

Because he tried after the fact. Ben Simmons and Embiid were not on the injury report then all of sudden they announced both were out.

Miami for example had fewer than 8 players available last night and tomorrow, there are 3 on the injury report tonight ( not included those in contact tracing on the injury report). If they list 2 of those 3 out by the 530 PM EST injury report tomorrow then the game is postponed as they'll have 7 players available

The Sixers issue is that Ben Simmons was never on the injury report then he was just magically out.

At this point I genuinely wonder if he has legitimate issues mentally that these type of situations trigger him. I have dealt with people who have severe emotional responses to things that don’t normally affect them personally but trigger their emotional baggage. I hope it’s just a weird deal and not part of something bigger.
