Think the Sixers are going to want at least 1 1st rounder if they come off their original demands.

Duarte was the 14th pick through. With Simmons you won’t get a pick that high from Indiana .

But definitely possible

I just think they want to be able to select their own player(s)

And Indy is giving up a lot of shooting......how will they replace it if they trade away those 3 for Simmons @The Q?

They will definitely need to piece things together.

They should’ve broken up turner and sabonis by now anyway.

The question is for who

They have to trade him if he doesn’t get the shot.

Sitting him is incredibly stupid.

As is allowing him to be a part time player who doesn’t practice with the team.

They can get a high level return AND deal him to a city where he is able to play.

Agree with much of this. Not sure how high level a return he'll get though.

Yes, he's amazingly talented...he's also batshit crazy.

Being batshit crazy in and of itself isn't really a problem. But his particular brand of crazy already had him practically playing part time...now he doesn't want to do what he needs to do to even be able to play homes games.

Even if he's traded to a city without the strict mandates that NY has, there are still venues where he wouldn't be able to play, even if he happened to feel like playing that particular day.

Same principle that applies to females, applies to uber talented athletes like Kyrie. The level of hotness (or athletic ability), determines how much crazy someone is willing to tolerate.

If Kyrie hasn't gotten to the "no longer tolerable" stage yet...he's gotta be getting close.

I just hope nobody sprains anything or discovers a heart murmur on the plane ride to Philly.

Levert definitely throws his back out picking up his luggage off the baggage cart

Or Duarte instead of the pick

Or opening a jar of pickles

Or waking up from his nap

That he had to take after opening the jar

lol

Yeah that is true

I still have to come back to Simmons for Kyrie.

It is just too perfect.

And I have to think Kyrie would tolerate a trade to Philly?

Perhaps not though.

You would think. Still a contender. Close enough to home.

It might be more about Durant at this point.

He and kyrie came up with this scheme together

It really is. Could you imagine Philly fans if Kyrie started pulling the stuff he has in his last couple of stops though?

I am positive KD wouldn’t like it.

But it would make them a lot better.

KD would probably rather lose with his friend, but adding Simmons and winning does a lot more for his legacy in multiple ways.

Yup. Winning without flat earth boy would help

Simmons passing to get to the other shooters too….wowzers
