If Schroder wanted to stick it to the Lakers for how Magic Johnson treated him, he’d sign a vet minimum deal with the Bucks…

Not sure that's sticking it to the Lakers. He's not very welcome in the locker room apparently and kinda alienated himself from his teammates last year. The Knicks will sign him for more than that anyway.

After signing Carmelo and Monk, all that is left is to move Schroeder. Uh, this is where things appear to get stuck.
Or bring him back on a 1 year deal for 8-10 million. He'll be motivated and hungry to prove himself.

They re-signed Rose.

Man did the Lakers just get really old or what! And all those old man egos. It is either going to be a mega team or a complete disaster that will make Pelinka look like a dude high on crack cocaine.

He'll really shake up the market with his 5 minutes a game he'll get.

I can’t believe Beal is looking at this and honestly assessing that he should stay. They have little flexibility and have essentially swapped out Russ for Dinwiddie. It’s a debate as to whether or not this actually made them worse.

Considering he and Westbrook seemed to figure something out and they made that run to the playoffs...it might not be a debate...and I like Dinwiddie.

Good to see Melo come to LA. Offensively, he's gonna be a more dependable upgrade over Kuzma off the bench.

But I LOVE getting Malik Monk on a vet min. He was a big time scorer in college but never really found his way the first couple of years in Charlotte. The last two years though, he's really found himself as both a scorer and play maker. He's probably never gonna be a star like he projected to be in college, but he's the type of player that could win 6th Man of the Year one day if he keeps developing. And he's YOUNG. Which this team desperately needs right now.

And we've still got the mini-MLE to use. Great signings to make up for the pain of missing out on Gay and Mills
