2021 Bust league

ok we got our 11 owners... and i think that works out best...

the 11 owners are

we can start the draft on wednesday.... it will be a slow draft ON THE SportsHoopla- Since Fantrax wont allow us to pick the player pool...

Until then please look at the rules... and if you have any questions please ask...

everything is still being worked on, so if there is something you dont like bring it up... and we can discuss...


we start 2 QB, 2 TE, and 8 WR/RB FLex...

but we draft 10 WR/RB

it doesnt say on the site, but you must own at least 3 RBs and at least 3 WRs....

the other 4 can be either...


the player pool is going to be

the top 28 QBs( 6 of them wont be drafted)
the top 28 TEs( 6 of them wont be drafted)

the top 122 WR/RB (12 of them wont be drafted)

still trying to figure out how to handle the QBs, as both Fields and Lance are both top 28, but they are likely not starting in the beginning... and there are a few QBs who won their jobs who are not exactly safe...

That was my only question...the QB's, if one gets benched that you have as a starter...

Yeah but if a QB does not start they get the 20 points. It is very difficult to get negative points (but I've seen it happen just rare), so most likely the non-starter will always get less points which is an advantage....that's all I'm say.

the way I set it up. Qbs only get the 20 if they started. They get 0 if they just play.

it’s only 20 for qbs to start

it’s 10 for everyone else to play.

but what you suggest i believe does the same thing.

Shouldn’t it be more for people that just play bc they have the advantage of less playing time….or maybe I am just confused

I’m confused too. The way I see it is that this is a bust league. If your not playing you should not be penalized.

In the past everybody on your roster started every week. I am of the opinion that that worked. Any changes try to do them through the League Setup instead of restarting it IMHO.

sure and fantrax has a leagues for best ball
just reverse the points -6 for td +2 for picks etc
but yes u need new league cause wont work in regular league
in best ball the putor puts best players in your active roster after week is ova

Yeah I like your idea but I think just be positive-bad, negative-good. You are just overthinking it.

but if I am hearing this clearly, fantrax starts your best players so they will start. I did not know that and have never been in a best ball league. I think that takes care of things.

Started reading this thinking it’s the simplest league. Then things changed.

It isn’t that simple though.

In the past, this league is won by the team with the most injured players at the end.

That is super lame.

This way, a bad, non injured player actually has a legit chance to score better than a guy who doesn’t play.

This league should be about picking bad players, not winning the injury lottery IMO.
