Talk about a dream turning into a nightmare.

You finally get to what should have been a championship situation, in your hometown, and it goes completely to shit, on the court and off.

And I get that people are frustrated. Hell, I'm frustrated, but it's not like the Dude is going into each game trying to play terrible. For whatever reason...he just can't make it work.

No need to be sorry. You are allowed to express how irrational you are if you want. If the East had "way more depth" wouldn't they be doing better than -15 in H2H matchups?
Not necessarily. I’m a fan of the NBA so I watch and follow every day and it’s clear when an outcome has been decided by the NBA schedule. So I’m not going to place too much emphasis when teams are more likely to sit people against cross conference teams. It’s one piece of the puzzle and you’re leaning exclusively on it.

You know what…you’re right. The bottom of the Eastern playoff bracket is trash. Cavs, Raptors, Hornets, Nets all trash.

Yes it is. You don’t have to lie. I was the first person in this conversation today that said Morant is worthy of consideration and I mentioned he changed the culture of his team.

Haha, you fucking quoted the post RainMan.

Call it what you want but if you think Jokic is half the player Embiid is defensively you’re a candidate to ride the short bus.

I don't think anyone is saying Jokic is on par defensively with Embiid. But on the offensive end Jokic is without a doubt responsible for more total points per game due his absurd (for a C) assist numbers.

Never said anyone was trash. If you've got something other than your agenda and homerism to support your reasoning that the conference that is -15 is the better conference please feel free to enlighten me.

Are you saying the NBA schedule makers only try to make things difficult for teams in the East?

and here is my post to which you said "isn't that what I just fucking said". They don't look the same to me. don't see the "if not more" in your comment nor that Memphis' has the better team as of now...

"Morant is as much a culture changer as Embiid if not more IMO. and I don't say that to take away from Embiid. His team is a little better, too, so far. also did it with less help."

you really are a child.

to be fair, he said you are not even allowed to believe Jokic is half as good as Embiid on defense.

The problem with your offensive numbers you provided is they are fact based. Try using something that is not quantifiable instead.

Fucking ridiculous.

You want to boo him during a game...cool.

You want to criticize him on twitter or directly to him on his twitter...fine.

You start going after his his wife and/or kids...

You need a serious beat down.

If we are being real though?

Booing is a pretty shitty thing to do as a fan too.

Completely counterproductive.

Most athletes are harder on themselves than any outsider could be on them. Booing somebody because they are playing poorly does not help them turn it around.

In fact, it makes it more likely they will keep playing poorly.

Nobody plays bad on purpose.

The East has way more depth than the West. Sorry.

They also have significantly weaker teams at the bottom.

And while Brooklyn and Philly are in theory as good or better than anyone out West, we haven’t seen them enough to truly judge it.

Embiid is the MVP and Kareem at least belongs in the GOAT conversation, these are simple facts we can all agree on.

Personally, I don't boo. But if that's how some other fan wants to express their displeasure...fine.

Better that than going after a players family.

For sure it is less bad than that.

Just always found it to be a stupid thing for fans to do. Home court advantage is supposed to provide support.

Boo the opposing team in introductions. Chant something clever if they miss an easy shot or shoot an air ball to get in their heads.

Don’t boo your own team.

How about Morant if Memphis gets the #2?
I know arguments can be made for Jokic and Morant, just saying in my opinion Embiid would have won it last year without getting hurt. I just want him to win one, love his game.

wont hate it at all if he wins it and certainly think he could based on his season and voters wanting him to win one.

Don't think there's much difference between Orlando/Detroit and Houston/OKC
