Yeah while he could be the best player on a team for the next couple seasons (possibly) he won’t carry a team. So if he does leave LA it would be wise to accept a lower salary so a contending or young and upcoming team can afford him. Definitely possible but how low would he go…

Good question - would have to be significant with how teams are structured along with the salary cap.

To be clear, I was not a fan of Lebron to the Lakers because I see him as an egocentric opportunist the cherry picks his teams and then leaves with the franchises in shambles, but the Lakers did get a championship while thw Clippers still got nothing and that was really rewarding to me

The Nets are very dangerous now that dipshit can play the rest of the season.

Lebron is a little late for that ..All of these players want to get paid, so taking 47 million already left him with one out of 3 championships in the Lakers for the last 3 years
